📦How do I book a rental?
You can book online at janiespartyrentals.com, call/text (386) 312-7033, or email info@janiespartyrentals.com. A 10% deposit secures your booking.
📍What areas do you service?
We serve Putnam County and parts of St. Johns, Flagler, Clay, and Volusia Counties including Palatka, Crescent City, East Palatka, and more.
đź’¦Can inflatables be used wet or dry?
Yes! Because we are in Florida most of our units can be used wet or dry. Our slip and slide is the only product that is wet only. Check the product listing or contact us to confirm.
🔌Do I need to supply power or water?
Yes, you’ll need a dedicated electrical outlet within 50ft and a waterhose/water hookup for wet use inflatables. The outlet can not be shared with other devices or the blower will not operate. If your inflatable will be setup more than 50ft from an outlet, please let us know so we can evaluate whether a longer cord or a generator is needed. We offer generator rentals if necessary!
đź§ĽAre your inflatables cleaned?
Absolutely! We follow a strict 3-step cleaning and sanitizing process before and after every rental to ensure safety and cleanliness.

🛑What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly ask for at least 5 days’ notice. If we are not notified within that time, the following cancellation fees will apply: $50 for orders under $400 $100 for orders over $400 (for single-unit rentals) $100 per unit for multi-unit rentals. If you’ve already paid your balance in full, you will receive a rain check valid for one full year from your original event date—regardless of cancellation timing.
🌧️What happens if it rains or there's bad weather?
Your safety is our priority. If rain, lightning, or strong winds are expected and we agree that it’s unsafe to proceed, you may cancel without any penalty. In the case of a weather-related cancellation: Any payments made will be applied to a rescheduled date, if your rental is available. If not, you’ll receive a rain check to use anytime within the next 12 months. Please note: We do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to work with you to reschedule or apply credit toward your next party!
🏕️Can you set up at parks?
We only set up at parks under special circumstances. All park setups must be approved.
